We are NOT contracted with Cigna or BCBS HMO(Magellan). Dr Herzog and Dr. Idell are now accepting United Healthcare.
New patient appointments are for Evaluation and Medication Management, we DO NOT schedule evaluations for FMLA, Disability, Workers Compensation.
